Wytyczne

Doktoranci proszeni są o przygotowanie i:

dostarczenie do CODw terminie od 08.04-30.04.2024 r. Raportu na druku „Publiczna Sesja Sprawozdawcza” (raport powinien być wypełniony w języku polskim i angielskim i opatrzony wszystkimi wymaganymi podpisami i pieczęciami);

przesłanie mailowow nieprzekraczalnym terminie do dnia 30.04.2024 r. na adres aleksandra.czekalska@umed.lodz.pl wpisując w temacie nazwisko doktoranta, rok kształcenia z dopiskiem PSS i formę prezentacji poniższym dokumentów:
a) raportu na druku „Publiczna Sesja Sprawozdawcza” (raportu w wersji word-bez podpisów);
b) plakatu (dotyczy doktorantów zapisanych na sesję posterową – lista w załączeniu) – plakat w formacie A1 (59,4 cm x 84,1 cm), pionowo, prosimy o zamieszczenie logo szkoły w języku angielskim oraz swojego imienia i nazwiska w prawym górnym rogu plakatu, wersja pdf gotowa do druku;
c) prezentacji multimedialnej (lista doktorantów w załączniku), prosimy o zamieszczenie logo szkoły w języku angielskim.

Obowiązujący druk raportu został do Państwa przesłany mailem. Raporty przygotowane na drukach z lat ubiegłych nie będą przyjmowane.

Macie Państwo możliwość dokonania rezerwacji wizyty poprzez elektroniczny system zapisów z poziomu WU.

Aby zapisać się należy:

Zalogować się do systemu Wirtualna Uczelnia
Kliknąć kafelek” TERMINARZ WIZYT W COD – złożenie raportu na Publiczną Sesję Sprawozdawczą po I , II , III i IV roku kształcenia w Międzynarodowej Szkole Doktorskiej”
W kalendarzu należy wybrać dostępną datę i godzinę spotkania oznaczoną wpisem Publiczna Sesja Sprawozdawcza- Raport (kolorem zielonym zaznaczone są wolne godziny, czerwonym zajęte)
W dolnej części kalendarza ukaże się wybrana przez Państwa data i godzina spotkania.
Po kliknięciu zapisz się, ukaże się w górnej części kalendarza informacja o pomyślnym zapisaniu się na wizytę w COD.

Doktorant zapisany na wizytę może dostarczyć kilka Raportów – Publicznej Sesji Sprawozdawczej (prosimy o weryfikacje czy dokument opatrzony jest wszystkimi wymaganymi podpisami i pieczątkami w wersjach oryginalnych – niedopuszczalne są skany podpisów.)

Obecność doktorantów w dwóch dniach sesji jest obowiązkowa.

All PhD Students are requested to prepare and:

deliverto Doctoral School Office between April 8-30,2024 the report on Public Review Session form (the report must be completed in Polish and English and have all the required signatures and stamps);
2. send documentsby e-mail no later than April 30, 2024 to czekalska@umed.lodz.pl. Please put in the subject: the name of the doctoral student, the year of education with the note PRS and the form of presentation:
a) report onPublic Review Session in WORD file without signatures;
b) poster (applies to PhD students signed in the poster form of presentation – list attached); in English, poster in A1 format (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm), vertically, please include the school's logo in English and your name in the right top corner, pdf version ready for printing;
c) multimedia presentation (list of PhD students attached), in English, please include the school's logo in English

The applicable report form was sent by email. Reports prepared on forms from previous years will not be accepted.

From now on, you are able to book a visit through the electronic registration system from the Virtual Univeristy level.

To register an appointment at the Doctoral Student Service Center you are required:

to log in to the Virtual University
to click the “Doctoral Student Service Center appointments” tab
to select an available date and time of the appointment in the calendar (the green colour indicates available hours, the red colour indicates booked hours)
at the bottom of the calendar you will see the selected date and time of the appointment.
when you click “Sign up”, you will see information on successful booking of the day and time of your appointment at the top of the calendar.

A doctoral student registered for a visit may provide several Reports – Public Reporting Session (please verify whether the document has all the required signatures and stamps in the original versions – scans of signatures are not allowed.)

The schedule of doctoral students' spoken presentations will be posted on the website of the International Doctoral School 14 days before the Public Review Session.
