Invitation to the First Joint Journal Club of Alliance4Life Virtual Research Cente
The A4L_BRIDGE project partners are happy to announce the first joint Journal Club organised within the Alliance4Life Virtual Research Center (VRC)!
This new initiative aims to create a regular space for scientific exchange and networking across all member institutions.
The upcoming session will present the paper “GOReverseLookup: A Gene Ontology Reverse Lookup Tool” (Computers in Biology and Medicine, 2025), introducing a novel bioinformatics tool that enables reverse querying of the Gene Ontology to identify genes statistically associated with researcher-defined biological or pathological states. The presentation will also include a short demonstration of the newly developed graphical user interface (GUI).
